Welcome to HUP! On this page, you’ll find everything you need to know before your stay. From useful information and opening hours to sports and snacks. It’s all here to get you fully prepared for your HUP experience. Let’s go.

Check-out

Please check out of your room before 11:00 AM. After check-out, you can still enjoy our facilities until 1:00 PM. Monkey Town, Street Jump and our bowling lanes remain accessible after 1:00 PM as well. Please note: Street Jump and bowling are available at an additional charge.

Facilities Included

At HUP, almost everything is included during your stay. You’re welcome! Only our bowling lanes, bike & scooter rental and access to Street Jump come at an additional cost.

Indoor Sports Hall

There’s loads of fun to be had in our Indoor Sports Hall: mini golf, table tennis, interactive football wall, tennis, badminton, basketball, darts and cornhole. Luckily, you can simply pick up all the equipment you need (such as balls, clubs, rackets and darts) at the reception.


No need to reserve anything in advance, except for a tennis or squash court! You can book your court during your stay at the reception desk.

Pool & Sauna

You can access our pool and sauna area through the changing rooms. Please bring your towels from your room or pick up extra towels at the reception.


The lockers in the changing rooms can easily be locked using your room key card. Simply press your key card against the black button on the locker and it will lock immediately. Repeat the same step to open your locker again.

Breakfast & Dinner

Breakfast

Breakfast is always included at HUP. You’re welcome! Please reserve a time slot in advance, so everyone can enjoy a relaxed breakfast. You can do that here.


Dinner

For a delicious dinner, visit HUP EET (à la carte) or HUP GRILL (table grilling). Reservations are required for both restaurants.


Sports Bar

Prefer to keep things spontaneous? Then head over to our Sports Bar for lunch, dinner or drinks.

Kids Club & Entertainment

Kids Club

Every day between 09:00 AM and 12:00 PM, kids can play, explore and have fun under the supervision of our childcare team. Please make a reservation at the reception in advance. Reservations can be made up to 6 days ahead and for a maximum of 2 hours per child. Full = full.


Entertainment

During weekends and every day throughout school holidays. We bring extra fun with an enthusiastic entertainment program full of crafts, dancing and games. Curious about what’s on? Check the program via the button below. No reservation needed!

Monkey Town

Free access for hotel guests!

Kids can climb, crawl through tunnels, slide down all kinds of slides, play with giant LEGO, dive into the ball pit, jump on trampolines and play football or basketball in the extra-large sports arena. Monkey Town is one big adventure! Located under the roof of HUP, but with its own separate entrance.


Please note: You will need entrance wristbands to enter. These can be picked up at the reception.

Street jump

From €12.00 per child

Jump from one trampoline to another across 8 different zones. Fun for both kids and adults. One giant jumping adventure! Located under the roof of HUP, but with its own separate entrance. Want to secure your spot? To avoid disappointment, we recommend making a reservation in advance.

  • Yes we do! Throughout the hotel you can use our blazing-fast wifi for free.


  • Check out is possible until 11:00 am. You can still enjoy our facilities until 1:00 PM!

  • A late check-out (until 5 p.m.) can be requested during check-in or during your stay. This cannot be reserved in advance.

    Late check-out is granted based on availability.


    Prices per room type:

    BASE Room: € 25,00

    CLUB Room: € 30,00

    CLUB FAMILY: € 35,00

    FAMILY XL: € 40,00

    TEAM XXL: € 50,00

    MATCH Room: The cost is the rates of both adjacent rooms.

  • Yes we do! You can score a bathrobe and/or slippers at the reception desk. The cost is € 9.50 each. The bathrobe must be returned after your stay, but the slippers you can take home!

  • The Sport & Play facilities within HUP can be used from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival until 1 p.m. on the day of departure. This way all our guests can make optimal use of this. There are a number of options to get the most out of your stay:


    • After checking out you can climb and scramble a little longer at Monkey Town. Get your free wristbands at the reception. You're welcome!
    • Practice your strike and reserve a bowling alley outside of check-in and check-out times!
    • Extend your stay with a late check-out from 25 euros per room. Extra time to play, until 5 p.m.!

  • Our cinema does not have a fixed program. Want to watch something? Ask for your favorite movie at the Sports Bar.

  • The temperature of our swimming pool is around 29 degrees. Our toddler bath and the whirlpools have a water temperature between 36 and 37 degrees.
